Before entering the media industry, Shane spent five years in Los Angeles as the business administrator of a West Hollywood non-profit — running finance, operations, and governance for a mission-driven organization through a period of growth. That experience shapes the firm's practice today: a working conviction that the quality of an organization is inseparable from the integrity of the people running it.
